How to use:

Method 2:
You can also use the moringa seed as a natural water cleanse, as it cleanses toxins out of the water.
Drop one seed into a jar of water, let it it be there for a few minutes, and you will find that your water tastes more clean. Don’t eat the seed afterwards.

Method 3:
You can also use a seed in smoothie feks, just remember to drink water afterwards. As water make the seed activate. We recommend hot water to drink, because this is better for your digestion system.
